By chance do you know where that code exists in the pro version files? I know you can’t support if I modify but same issues with the pro version – need to find that snippet :p

True that – and it is unchecked – but for some reason works well when I comment it out. May want to take a peek at it if you’ve got free time.

I also found the snippet causing the hangup – when I comment this out – it works

in corefunctions.php

function usp_auto_display_images

so weird – I started deleting files in the backend to see if I could isolate if it was a particular file causing the issue. Needless to say it ended up not working – but when I refreshed the page a final time (after restoring everything) – it now works fine and loads fast

Hey thanks for the help thus far…

– Cart works when deactivated
– Cart works in Chrome / FF
– Cart doesn’t work in Safari / IE 11 when activated
– Works when other theme is activated
– Nothing in console ;(((

I’ll keep working it on my end – thanks for all the help and don’t waste anymore time on this as it’s not your issue! ??

That was definitely the case – they updated my theme for the fix – adjusting my review

Works on 2012 – so definitely a theme issue… hmmmmm…..

UPDATE: Looks like this ONLY occurs on Safari (MAC’s) and IE 11

Any ideas why it would be different for these browsers? :*(

Flatsome theme is a WC focused theme – yes. Could definitely be something in the code within this theme ;(

Same issues

I had the same problem – all of my states would be correct in my account for users – but at checkout it would be blank and would force users to reselect…weird.

Same issue here – no states when proceeding to checkout… but in user profile and in my account frontend – state shows.

Looks like it’s only for older customers… new customers seems to save.
