check that Ur server can download and extract it,
1. verify that ur server default time zone is set to UTC,
2. wordpress max download file size is more than 32mb
3. that ur server has GZip (gzopen) enabled

I will add status\debug page in the next update, so I it will be easier for u to figure out whats the problem, since u didn’t gave me access to ur site.

what I think is that ur server default timezone is not set to utc, pls check it.

where is ur site, if it is in ur local pc it doesnt work, if its hosted then
try to uninstall and reinstall, if this doesnt work, pls check the amount of data in mb u can download, the db must need at least 16mb.

U have a problem with the DB, pls check the plugin setting page and c the update status.

if the plugin IP DB cant be downloaded u have a must have a problem with ur hosting, pls check and tell me

with the holidays its not a problem just add cases and use google translate, this switch case is the list of Hebrew holidays and eve of the holiday.

but for the shabbat u will need to think what to do find another solution than I did

There will be a problem to do that, because the function that determine the time of the shabbat depends on the day that the user come into the site.

example: user enter the site at Friday 00:01 -> calculating the sunset and sunrise times get user details (based on user IP) -> if the time is shabbat close the site.

but if user enter the site before friday 00:00 -> the calculation wont start at all.

for the holidays u can add to
switch($hebrewDate) line 99 wp-shabbat-functions.php
cases as u like.
