In reply to: [WooCommerce] Checkout with square, but button doesn’t change from paypalHi!
Did you manage to solve the problem? I added a product in your store and went to the checkout page, then I saw the “Credit Card” option:

Can we consider it as solved?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Free shipping makes tax display as zeroHi!
Could you please share a link to your store? I’d like to take a look at it. If you can also go to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get System Report and share the results, that would be helpful.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Photo gallery ‘In stock’ images don’t showHi!
Could you please go to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system report and share the results with us? That way we can take a look and see if there’s something unusual.
As a first guess, it could be a plugin or theme conflict. How we usually address this type of issue is to have you temporarily switch your Theme to Storefront:
– https://woocommerce.com/storefront/
and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. You can do this manually from your Plugin Administration screen. If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.
Please try that out and let us know ??

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Storefront dropdown menu touch screenHi!
Actually the function you described here:
My question is if the Shop (parent link) can be separated from the arrow “v” as two separate links. Parent link will have hover and click ability to navigate to Parent page and show dropdown menu on hover. Arrow “v” will have hover ability to show dropdown menu and click ability to show dropdown menu; importantly, the arrow will not navigate to the Parent page.
can be done by activating the Handheld menu in the customizer (see screenshot: https://cld.wthms.co/rWNF0a). That would create a dropdown menu in smart devices and people will be able to see the Child items under the Parent link if they tap on the arrow.

If you think Storefront should have additional features, please share your idea in our ideas board at:
If it gets enough votes, it could be included in the roadmap for future enhacements.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Missing headline on the checkout and account pageHi there!
I’d like to check the French version of your site, if you could drop a link here, that way we can take a look at it.
You can also share some screenshots, upload them in your Media Library and then share the link here. Or use a third party service like: https://snag.gy
Are you using a plugin like WPML or Loco translate for your French version? Or are they separated sites?
Let us know ??

In reply to: [WooCommerce] VAT calculationHi!
Could you please share a screenshot of your tax rates settings? Also, make sure your product has the correct tax class selected too:
– Screenshot: https://cld.wthms.co/4UAjRy
Otherwise, it won’t include your taxes. You can learn more about how to set taxes in WooCommerce at:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shipping QuestionHi!
Sure! In your case what you’d need to use is the Table Rate Shipping extension:
– https://woocommerce.com/products/table-rate-shipping/
With Table Rate Shipping you could define multiple shipping rates based on location, price, weight, item count or even items from the same (of different) shipping class.
Here you can find more information about it:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to match variable quantity to quantity in cartHi!
Variable products can’t be used to increase quantities of a specific product since they’re treated as separated products. So what you’re trying to achieve won’t be possible with Variations.
The thing is you should be able to offer quantities of a product to your customers by default. If you create a simple product and you have enough stock, a field pops up and your customers can choose how many products they want, like this example:
– https://themes.woocommerce.com/storefront/product/lowepro-slingshot-edge-250-aw/
That product is a simple one, with no variations.
So I’m inclined to think that the Product Template you theme is currently using doesn’t show quantities. In order to check that, could you temporary switch your Theme to Storefront? You can get it for free at: https://woocommerce.com/storefront
If you can see quantities by using Storefront, then the problem is in your Theme and you should contact the authors or switch it to another one.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product additional information tabHi!
I didn’t completely understand what you’re looking for. Do you mean you want to place the product information on the right side (on an additional column?)?
– Screenshot: https://cld.wthms.co/dcmdnA
If so, you’ll probably need to modify the template of your Theme.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Are woocommerce emails mobile-responsive?Hi!
Right, the predefined WooCommerce order emails look simple and clean, but they’re not responsive. If you want to change that, you’d need to edit the email template (located in woocommerce\templates\emails), or use a third party solution like:
– https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-html-mail/
or

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Removing/Hiding Country FieldHi!
Could you please paste here the URL of your site? I’d like to take a look at it. In any case, the info from the country field is used to check if that particular shipping zone matches with the location of the customer (and offers a shipping rate accordingly). Is there any particular reason you want to hide it? Or is it not related with shipping but billing?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce error Oops! That page can’t be foundHi!
I’m adding a product to your cart page but I couldn’t replicate the issue you’re describing. Here’s a screenshot of my end:
Could you ensure the cart page is set up in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced?
Also, as you mentioned, permalink settings could be also a reason. What are your permalink settings right now? Did you change them after posting this question?
Cheers!
Hi!
Sure! We do offer a couple of official ways to create an integration with Amazon, like Amazon S3 Storage but if you’re looking for a sync solution, with Amazon Fulfillment you could keep both WooCommerce and Amazon stocks synced, however, this plugin currently only syncs stock level numbers. This is a common feature request, and it is on our radar. If you have a large number of products in Amazon, you can export the raw product data from Seller Central in CSV format and then use one of the many CSV product import plugins for WooCommerce to get most of it done.
Alternatively, some 3rd party companies offer a feed solution for Amazon:
You could also reach them and ask for more information.

In reply to: [Storefront] Secondary Menu AlignmentHi!
I’m taking a look at the CSS style and I noticed this rule:
.secondary-navigation .menu {
font-size: .875em;
width: auto;
float: right;
}I think you could remove the float :right; and add this instead:
.secondary-navigation .menu {
position: relative;
left: 33em;
}Give it a try and let us know ??
Cheers!
