Unfortuantly still not their, a friend who has a wp page and is using an older version has 0 problems doing this.

Any one able to help me figure it out with the new wp version or tell me how I can get the older version.

thank you for the response! I have uploaded a couple test images and have selected the use random button…..unfortunately it is only cycling through the images that were included with the theme.

Thanks for the reply, I do know how to add widgets to the side bar once their is a side bar to add them to.

How ever I do not know how to add a sidebar to the default wp twenty-ten theme.

I am hoping that some one will know how to enable the side bars, preferably the right side bar.

I have the static page set up and a blog page. If I do a post it appears on the blog page. How ever when I create a new page, in this case articles and then try to make a post I am not able to get these new posts on the newly created article page.
I am in need of a way to set it up so I can designate if it should be on the blog page or the article page.

As for the back up link, thank you will look into. I had tried the dropbox back up plugin with out luck. I will try the solutions in the link. Thank you for the help it is appriciated.
