Great thanks Ali!
Thanks for the Quick reply. the Classified Listing -> Settings -> General [Listings per page] no longer works. I have to override that with the WordPress>>Settings>>>Reading>>>’number of listings’
I’m using the Astra theme at hamshack.ca
thanks

I appreciate you fixing the problem quickly, but would like to reiterate my concern that this type of error made it past your development and test group into production. I’ve used the classified listing plugin for 3 years now and have been happy with the product and support. It’s a cost-effective solution for a classified listing site and works well on my website.
However, development and implementation of the new User Dashboard seems to have ‘rushed’ with little thought given to the design of the dashboard and how users might actually use or interact with it? For instance, the Featured|Top| BumpUp columns are not useful and are causing confusion with my users. In my case the ‘bumpup’ needs to be renamed to ‘Reduced’ to make sense.
Again, I’m a fan of the classified listing plugin but really think that you need to improve your quality control so you don’t release production versions with bugs. You also need to start communicating to your userbase to let us know of the significant changes coming like the new user Dashboard, and what that might look like so that we can provide feedback during design or at lease before you release the update.
Thanks
Don
great thanks very much. I overlooked that.
best wishes

Ali, thanks for the follow-up. I checked with my hosting provider and there are no server issues on their end.
I also tested classified listing and can confirm that the plugin is causing the speed issue. The site speed is ok when the Classified listing plugins are deactivated. So the speed problem is caused by the classified listing plugin.
I have submitted a ticket ID# 61105 to your support group but have not heard back.
Can you please escalate this issue. I need to get it resolved.
Thanks

This is the default listings page https://hamshack.ca/listings/ with the advanced Settings endpoint set to the https://hamshack.ca/listings/
I want to edit the page with elementor but cannot.
hi Ali, I was using the elementor archive plugin which allows me to create and edit the main page in elementor, but the default and archive pages don’t have the sort by date, price, etc filter.
Do you have to update the listing page endpoints in settings when using the elementor add on, or are the settings overwritten?
thanks
Hi I have this same problem. This was added to my Astra Child theme
add_action(‘after_setup_theme’, function() {
add_theme_support( ‘rtcl’ );
});The category and locations are now working correctly and the site no longer crashes, but I cant edit the default listings page with elementor. To try get around this I’ve create a new page New Listings, setting the Classified Listings Settings endpoint to the New Listings page, cleared the CL Cache, but the default Listings page is still shown.
The only way around this is to deactivate the theme function which allows me to edit the Listings page in elementor??
Should be able to create a new page to display the classified listing and then simply change the Settings endpoint to this new page??
thanks
Hi Ali, yes this issue has been fixed. Thanks for your help. I should have posted the problem in the forum first because you seemed to know right away that it was a theme/template problem.

I deactivated all the plugins and tried another theme, but still have the problem. ID# 55279. ID# 55206.
Thanks
Also just to further clarify that there are other custom post types on the site which work fine, so it’s only the classified listing categories with the issue?

Thanks very much for the info Peter!

DonThat worked and thanks for the quick reply. All tables were deleted with the exception of:
_wfls_settings
_wfls_2fa_secretsIs it ok to delete these two remaining tables?
Thanks

Hi Ali, is there a way to display the correct numbering? In the screens hot the parent category shows xx ads but 12 are indicated from the child categories. I’ve wanted to use the category format for sometime now kn my site, but the numbering is wrong.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Don RosbergThanks for your reply. I looked at the plugin that you suggested and I might give it a try but it hasn’t been tested with my version of WP. Also, there is only 1 rating and 1000 installations.
Do you know of a more mainstream plug that would do the job? In the meantime, I look forward to you adding that feature in the Classified listing program.
Do you have a timeframe when that might be available?
thanks
