I found out that I had to Add Advanced Free Shipping as a shipping method in the Wholesale Plugin program settings.

I do have another question regarding the setup of this particular option.

I would like Free Shipping only if a specific product is selected at a quantity of 24 or greater. What I am finding out is that if a customer adds the product at a quantity of 12 and then adds another product at a quantity of 12 then the free shipping kicks in.

My settings are:

Contains Product – Equal To – Specific Product
Quantity – Greater or Equal to – 24

Is there a way to set this up for just on product at a quantity of 24 or greater?

I did find out that it will work when I added the subtotal = $0 and I am not logged in but it is not working when I have the user role condition setup. I am using a plugin called Wholesale Suite (https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/) which sets my wholesale account user roles and I suspect it is not working with that plugin.

Tried and again and no luck…

Gave that a try but unfortunately that didn’t work either.

I tried your suggestion and have just one condition setup: Contains Product. Turned on Shipping Debug and it shows the zone but no free shipping. Do I have to set up a shipping method and if so what are the parameters? If not, any other suggestions?
