Same here, % sign in text parts but also layout parts are replaced with {55e5e5fefadede-5546} something.
I’m using Divi theme,for example in a Divi module, spacing is at 5%, this becomes 5{55e5e5fefadede-5546} after transfaring the site from a Package.
Also isuess with all Icons from the build in library. 1 icon becomes a whole bunch…

have you rebuild your permalinks in the WP settings?

I already tried with all plugins deactivated and also with std. WP theme 2015, it makes no difference.
I almost sure it is a conflict with this plugin.
I had an older test site where I still had v2.4.6 installed of this plugin (may2017). I added Duplicator and I could make a Package without any problems.
then I upgraded the plugin to the latest v2.5.9 and there is this error again!
Well, I only was able to get the build interrupt 1 time, there after it is OK. Even on the first error the Packages looks OK in the list, wile on my other sites it is listed in red as 0Bytes.
I also did an upgrade of my Divi theme, and again on the first package the error, but not anymore on the next ones.
Do I need to clear cache or so after updating, before making a package?
Anyway on this test site (same host as my other 2 non working sites) Duplicator works fine with this plugin active…
Strange I don’t get it working on these other 2 sites.

The database is 5.7MB.
My host installed PHP 7.1 and allocated 128MB Ram. I use v1.2.18 now
After a few seconds I still get, Host Build Interrupt. When I look with FTP the 3 backup files are there, but somehow the Package couldn’t finish normally.
Same for two-part install.
Is it possible you try it with this suspected plugin?

I tried the 2-part install with v1.2.17 but again I have the same error.
Strange thing I don’t have this issue on other sites on the host.
Also the help section says php timeouts occurs from 30sec ons, but the package build only takes 15sec.
I think maybe it is a conflict with another plugin, pinpoint booking, a second site also using this plugin has the same problem. But after deactivating the plugin the error persist.

Yes I thought that was the reason.
Yes you’re right WP 4.7 has now an extra language setting in the User profile (finally) which can override the general language setting.
And indeed I have now nl_NL in the source code, great! (With general set at Dutch and user at English)

I have no caching plug installed.
I upgraded from WP 4.6 to 4.7, tried again and now it works fine! Not 100% sure the upgrade did the trick or I didn’t try correct earlier.
Yes, I use the Divi Builder.

Yes these look like it:
I had a try with Custom field Meta Key: _genesis_description and Meta value=’the site description….’
but when I look in the source of the generated page I see meta name=”description” with content= the page Excerpt.
It looks in my combination with Divi theme, that the description is already been taken care of, based on the Excerpt. And that custom fields are not needed/working?
Or maybe I understood that wrong?
