Same happened to me. Increased file size and spent several hours uploading with a stall at 100%. Repeatedly. Waste of time and False advertising when their product no longer works as marketed, they know it, and won’t fix it or update users that install/upload/restore is no longer available.

Thank you so much for your feedback on the GiveWP plugin. Very helpful for those of us who are not web developers to know the back-end outcome of things. It allows us to make more informed decisions.
