I know this is a theme-plugin conflict.
Because wordpress seo works correctly when other themes are active.
I did not have this problem with older yoast seo versions.
I removed that problem by disabling Schema JSON-LD by wpseo_json_ld_output filter. Unfortunately by this way I have not schema.org in my site.
