No I have not made any changes at all.
They are locked out after 2 attempts
What I mean is they ARE locked out and HAVE been locked out for exceeding more than 2 times as my “weekly” email update shows they have been locked out as they have tried too many times
What I mean though is I used to get an immediate alert when someone is locked out etc but this no longer happens. I only get the once weekly alert with the summary of how many were locked out over the past 7 days..
i Need the immediate alerts again. I have no idea why the immediate ones stopped?
