how hard is this on the server >>> if i have 60 people all looking at a member profile showing the friends locations map at the same time ….what kind of load is that on mysql i’m wondering what do you think ? and is there anyone out there running this on a busy buddypress site?

Frederick any news on this issue? my sites are hosted in rackspace ord chicago and its not finding containers there only able to create them from the w3tc admin and they are created in dallas …it took 30seconds just to start uploading theme files …can you suggest a fix?

thanks for this if we can get the author to add it as an option in the widget that would be perfect so we don’t overwrite on upgrade

just to clarify …. the theme i’m using de-registers the wordpress version of jquery and uses this one instead https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.0/jquery.min.js
i’ve tried removing all javascripting from the theme but i still can’t get cyclone2 to work …. my question is there a way to make cyclone2 use the jquery above and not conflict with the rest of theme?

is this plugin still work with latest wordpress and buddypress ? why did they not include this in buddypress i have no idea …andy is the one who started buddypress and built this plugin ..i will see if i can reach him over on the buddypress forums also

thanks for the reply @alexkingorg …i thought maybe it was a conflict with event calendar plugin but i changed the posts to not be an “event” meaning i removed the date / time meta info in the post and just made it a regular post in a regular category ….and then i tried manually refreshing/importing the facebook/twitter comments via the social/admin ….. nothing showed up

my next thought is what “discussion” settings does your plugin require or does it not matter ? if i have “require a email and user name for each comment” or “user must be logged in to comment” …do any of those settings impact the social plugin importing twitter / facebook comments?

i tried posting a comment as the admin and it worked but it then redirected me to the wrong page …. i disabled the “Social” comment theme display and the current post reloaded after i posted a comment ….

would you mind posting a note when you get the log feature done?

the new spammers are coming in while i’m sleeping and they are gone from the cache/dashboard when i get up so i can only delete their accounts and not block their ips

that would be awesome to be able to download the log and check it out … i’m using this on a busy community so my cache only holds a small amount of time …. also when i see a spammer get through via your dashboard i report them to stop forum spam site …. another idea might be to somehow report new spammers from the dashboard currently i have to go to the stopforumspam web site and fill out there form …good news is i am only see a couple new ones a day registering for accounts now and ones that are able to login still

i’m trying to get this working also …this plugin by chance yesterday after trying to find something for months https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/wpro/ was my hope but now its not changing any of the existing links to point to s3 …. any one have this multi server load balanced cdn issue solved? the wpro main thing it does right forces uploads to s3 not allowing them to be written to whatever current server the user is on you can actually see the uploads in the admin too

i don’t see how its possible unless all the ec2 instances use the same bucket to pull data from ?

say one of my users uploads an image via wordpress and they are on ec2_server_1 …..will the users on ec2_server_2 see the image right away?
