I typically use Chrome but have four of the major browsers. None of them would play this mp4 video.

Well, it’s the oddest thing. I decided to upload the video file via FileZilla in a new directory I created just for videos (outside of the WordPress path). It plays fine — in Chrome, and in all the browsers except Safari. Loads quickly with no problem.

So, there’s definitely a WordPress issue but I was able to workaround it.

I notice this issue came up in this forum a year ago and there were all kind of ideas about changing the theme, disabling plugins, etc. . . . and somehow I just took a chance to upload the media file outside of the WordPress environment.

Thank you. I can appreciate your concern for “those who” impact server performance by uploading huge files. That said, that is NOT who I am — nor do I plan to upload huge files.

I have an audio file that’s 30MG. The limit shown for this particular WP site is 25MG. I have another website where the max upload size is 64MB. I do not understand how it is different — same host.

So, I’d still like to know how to increase that limit.

Can anyone help me out with this?

I’ve been looking for a calendar to add to my website. If I downloaded the current plugin now for all-in-one-even-calendar, how would I know when the updated release comes out?

OK, thanks. I will try this.

The semi-colon is used as a delimiter between addresses in the Outlook Email Program.

Maybe it’s because I’m relatively new at doing WordPress (I’ve only done a couple of sites so far) BUT this sounds scary. I’ve done a lot of work on the website and I’m worried that it will get messed up if I switch to the default theme.

AND, if I deactivate all plugins, won’t I lose the form that took 2 hours to create in Contact Form 7?
