that is interesting, because the log on DM works perfectly fine on another installation with same version of email before download and DM. So ho can then EBD be the problem?

Maybe you have another idea how we can solve it?

i have the same problem. No log file. Use EBD und CF7. Everything perfect, apart from the missing log from Download monitor. Log file is switched in DM settings.

Yes, this made me trying the default value again since it also did not work with postman.

Yes, i had to use the default variables.
In CF7 you can change them so that it makes more sense (again, “client-” as prefix makes more sense since the client usually fills out a form). But it seems as soon as you use different variables, EBD does not work anymore. Maybe a suggestion for the next release? Does not say anywhere that you should not change the variables.

But it is working fine now.

Found the error. As soon as you use other variables (i replace Your-email etc. with client-email etc., which makes more sense actually), it does not work anymore. so there seems to be something hardwired…

i installed Postman SMTP (great plugin), configured it to use my SMTP server, but still only the CF7 mail arrives. The EBD just does not send an email anymore! What did i do wrong?
