After checking on the backend, we found that all the 4 WPML plugins installed on your WordPress might have made it failed to link your website to DSers, please deactivate all of them and try to link the website to DSers again to check if it works then.
If it still doesn’t work after all the 4 WPML plugins are disabled, please deactivate all the other plugins installed, except for WooCommerce, and try to link the website to DSers again. When it works, please activate them one by one to locate which one caused the issue exactly.
Please kindly let us know the name of the plugin which caused the connection issue if you finally find it, thanks!
