Yeah..This was a huge annoyance and I have done away with recaptcha for now. It is really annoying to have the badge on every page and user tracked.

Silly me. I did not re-activate the plugin and hence not working.

While updating the ACF Pro, I deactivated/deleted the ACF Pro. This might have deactivated the plugin as well. Failed to realise this and the gallery was not working. All good. Thank you!

Solved my own problem by downloading the zip file from this site for 2.2.15 and uploading it my site manually. Automatic updates are not allowed from 2.2.14.

Might have to use plugin such as – Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/) to overwrite the current install.
