Thanks @voltronik – it did seem odd that 1000+ plugins seemed to be affected, but only ~15% appeared to have done anything about it. Must be very frustrating, but hopefully other users will see your note above and be reassured.

I have tried these steps and also copied my site to staging in Siteground, and I can’t recreate in staging (therefore can’t do a conflict test).
Plugins and themes are identical versions. The query knows there is data and that the table should be populated, but for whatever reason doesn’t show any rows. Could you provide some guidance as to how the row is populated so I can look for specific errors? There is nothing obviously related in the console.
