Thank you for the quick reply. I’ll have to do some more digging around to figure out if these were added through a non-supported way. Manually editing the database does work, then it’s just a matter of cleaning up the image paths.

This client definitely paid for the extra plugins at some point, but they’re way out of date. They definitely need to be updated. How do I go about getting updated copies? I’m not sure how the license model works. Do they need to be repurchased or is there a license key within the site somewhere?

This can be closed, I just found out the customer installed the WP-Editor plugin which is causing this conflict.

I don’t see an option to post screenshots here, but as I mentioned the status page now says everything is normal. However, for this to occur I had to remove the “curlssl” folder on our server.

I’m experiencing this same issue on one of our sites, however, Woocommerce is showing “OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips mod_bwlimited” is this not supported?

I only experienced this issue after adding SSL to the site, but if I rename the curl ssl folder woocomerce says everything is fine.

Any recommendations on how to resolve this issue?
