In reply to: [WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery] Not all orders are being recordedMaybe I didn’t phrase it well enough — those 28 were ATC that didn’t result in a purchase, therefore being abandoned.
The plugin should show all abandoned orders though, not just recovered, right? If so, it should have sent 28 emails to every single person who added a product to the cart and didn’t purchase.

In reply to: [WP Fastest Cache] Gzip not workingApparently expire headers aren’t being set either. Why would that be? Both of these are ticked in the settings.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery] GDPR compliance@cartflows thanks for replying, but it sounds like you’ve contradicted yourself twice unless I’ve misunderstood what you’re saying.
Firstly, you say that “the plugin does not use and store any cookies” but then you go on to say it does actually store data: “it captures all checkout data dynamically and stores it”, and again “if users click on that plugin deletes the data for that user” which sounds like data is stored if they don’t click on something.
Can you please clarify?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] reCAPTCHA v3 breaking formsOK something really weird was going on as I know for a fact I was using v3 but added it I’ve added it back in again and it’s working. Very strange. Something else at play there. Thanks for your help Neil.
Interesting about dim’s comment as well, I didn’t know there were guidelines for that.
Sorry only just seen that you’ve replied.
I hate to tell you this but loginalerted isn’t there, so I checked my Chrome settings and it’s unchecked. So any ideas about what’s happening?
Sorry Tim, only just seen that you replied.
I’m afraid it’s not installed in a directory—it’s a normal standalone installation in the root of the domain.
Any other ideas?
Hi Dave,
I’m confused why you need an example of the emails as you’ll know what’s contained in them, but yes the IP is always the same.
Hello?
It was a new setup on the same server I’ve been using for a year now. I didn’t copy anything anywhere, so I don’t see how that’s possible. Can you do it without even knowing?
They’re all being hosted on the same server at SiteGround.
