I only receive them in my submission box too, I do not receive any notfications, I do try and check regularly but normally 9 times out of 10 it is the parents telling me they have left me feedback and I do and look at it, I can’t authorise it like I used to I have to manually add the details into my “feedback” page.

It would be so great if I was notified of feedback and all i have to do is authorise it and it get automatically added.

Feeling abit frustrated ??

Any help or guidance would be so appreciated.

I’m quite tech savvy but I have reached my limit with this.

I am using the Photo perfect theme.

I have also got WCP testimonial but I can’t get it to work and I added the feedback left through that manually aswell.

Really really appreciate any help.

I’m not expecting or asking for someone to sort it for me (although that would be very nice). ??

Only have 1 row of the toolbar not 2nd row to allow me to pick the level header, or to add to remove a hyperlink, to name a few but they are the ones most notable missing

I also have a question about feedback but will try and post a new note in the correct forum section

I have managed to get part of the toolbar back, so I can now bold/italic through to proofread. But I do not have the 2nd row where you can add hyperlinks or select the header (1/2/3/paragraph).

Hi thank you for info about meta data and my pictures.

This is what I mean, hope you can see this image OK I just print screened it.

I can’t select the font paragraph/heading, add a link, or anything, its completely gone, but I can’t say for sure when it disappeared.

Hi Wayne I have installed the support plugin and just tried the Test config button and its coming up with the same message as yesterday. If I try debug it comes up with similar message. Hope its an easy fix.

Hi ya yes I have been following that booklet by the letter, and it won’t work, I have been back into gmail settings and the postie settings and done my absolute best to ensure the email address and password are exactly the same on both, I have changed them, saved, backed out and back in so many times today, leaving a time gap and each time it fails to connect.

I really don’t know what else to try

Please could someone help me, I have tried the help video’s but as I don’t know the technical name for the home page over lay, I am not able to find how to fix it.

The “Get Started” button doesn’t actually do anything/has nothing attached to it. I have a slide show of my best pictures in a carousel gallery on my home page, I don’t mind if I can change the wording for the overlay to then feed to my actual home page and my gallery.

I am stuck. I’m not very technical and I don’t have as much time to dedicate to my photography and website.

I’d be so grateful for help, please?

Please could someone kindly tell me how to fix the front page logo on transparent page but the box in the middle doesn’t do anything.

Or how to remove it and return it to my home page with slideshow gallery (which has my best images).

Its only since I ran the most recent theme update.

It isn’t right if I look it on laptop, or iPhone or ipad.

I would really appreciate any help anyone is able to give me.

Hi thank you, have been working on this all afternoon, I’m determined to get it how I want it.

I have taken out the portrait pictures but there are 2 square pictures I need to take out, I’m working on that its much much better.

I have been trying all afternoon and I can’t get the menu to display properly for the first page Tiny Tots yet all the other pages are set up in exactly the same way and are behaving themselves. Am abit stuck.

I have taken print screens of the top header where the Social Media Buttons are not working, I have tried to set them up exactly as the notes you sent (very helpful thank you) but is displaying only 3 icons (that do nothing when clicked on) yet I have filled out 4 different social media icons (my facebook page, twitter, Google+ and my Google business page.

I have also included a screen print of the bottom blue bar that I would really like as thin as the top one.

I really appreciate any help you are able to give me, I feel abit stir crazy now as I have literally been working on this all afternoon.
