I finally found something

If I put this line in my pages the browsing arrow are working:

<script src="https://code.jquery.com/ui/1.10.0/jquery-ui.js"></script>

Where I could put that in my theme for all pages working?

Deep investigation

With Twenty Sixteen theme, the admin-ajax.php is called when I click on the browsing arrow, that’s change the month in the calendar and there’re no error in my firefox console.

With my mean theme nothing hapens and I’ve got this error in firefox debugger console :

TypeError: $j(...).accordion is not a function

Thanks to answer

As requested I changed the theme of my site to Twenty Sixteen, and you’re right the month browsing is working with this last theme. So I checked footer.php file and the line <?php wp_footer(); ?> is present in the file.

I installed Theme Check plugin but I don’t know what I should expect with this plug in.

The problem still present with my mean theme
