We are on version 6.0.3 and are seeing the issue. Are you saying that updating to 6.0.5 should fix the issue?

2. I would think the Att. Categories is the most appropriate place for them to go

4. I think importing to the root should be just fine.
5. I would need new entries to be added automatically

I really appreciate the one off help. It would be really neat to have an additional field in the ‘Taxonomy term mapping’ section for a hierarchy delimiter.
