In reply to: [WooCommerce] Uncategorized product category empty but not emptyHi Boris!
I’m having the same problem with WooCommerce & WPML – I came across your post & it sounds exactly like the problem I’m having so I guess the solution could be the same too!
The only thing is – I can’t figure out how to find the translation which is stuck in the wrong category?
I was just wondering whether you had any tips you could share quickly?
Thanks so much in advance for your help – this ghost product has been driving me crazy for ages!
Best wishes,
KatieHi Denzel,
Thanks for your reply ??
I have since updated to Customizr 3.5.5 & the first issue is now resolved.
Thanks for the link to the plugin support – I will post my second enquiry there.
Thank you,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to remove cart icon in headerHi Royho,
Thank you so much for your help! Luckily Bluehost helped me to get back in, thanks to your advice – I thought I had replied earlier to thank you, but obviously not, so I’m sorry about that!
I hoping the problem is all solved now & I’ve set up my FTP access now so that’s good too!
Finally got up the courage to try that code in my child theme’s style.css file again, but the cart icon is still there.
Do you have any advice on how to remove it?
Thank you again so much for your help & patience ??

In reply to: [Childify Me] Editing functions.php in child theme crashes site after errorHi Rocco,
Thanks so much for your help (once again!). My site is back up and running again and I have FTP access now too! Childify Me & Customizr both reinstalled & working perfectly, despite my previous idiocy ??
I hope the problem is all solved now, but I need to learn about how to use FTP & Filezilla I guess, so I can work out how to solve this for myself in the future! ??
Thanks again & sorry for posting in the wrong place!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to remove cart icon in headerOkay, I am so stupid… I put the code into the .css file & it didn’t work, so I tried it in the functions.php file (as I had some WooCommerce related code in there from before, so I thought it would be okay). I know now that this was a MAJOR error, and I am so sorry, but do you have any idea how I can fix this? I just need to take out that line of code, but the site now says server error and I can’t do anything.
I have a child theme through Childify & I don’t have FTP access.
Feeling like a real idiot right now ??
Thank you so much for your quick answer though, Royho!Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order WooCommerce Product CategoriesHi Iorro – thanks for the tips! As I’ve managed to organise the categories in the widget, I think the site is okay without the subpages, so thank you ??

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order WooCommerce Product CategoriesJust realised my mistake on 1) – it was the widget in the left sidebar that I needed to edit!! The widget was “WooCommerce Product Categories” & as Iorro said, you can order by “category order”.
Thank you so much, Iorro – I was just looking in the wrong place – doh!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order WooCommerce Product CategoriesHi Iorro!
Thank you so much for your response ?? However…
1) I can’t find the “Order by” dropdown you mentioned – I’ve been searching through all of the WooCommerce settings – can you tell me exactly where to find this?
2) I’ve done the 2nd one, but that just shows all of my categories, not as sub-pages, but when I go to “Product Showroom” they are all listed there instead of the individual products. However, there are some categories I would not like to be shown as sub-pages (i.e. material – silk/lace/etc.), only so customers can choose by gender or accessories – if possible!
Thank you!
Katie
