It was the pictures in my lightbox. I switched things around – got rid of NextGen and things are working.

I’m just using WordPresse’s media storage and Simple Light Box

I found it! –

On the widget page –

Click on Screen Options in top right hand corner –

There’s a toggle between ‘Disable accessibility mode’ and ‘Enable accessibility mode’.

The ‘Disable accessibility mode’ needs to be selected.

Yes, the widget was activated. I deactivated it and activated it again. I followed their exampled of the Archives widget and still no visibility button.

Hi – I’m using the Mantra Theme from Cryout Creations. I use the Standard Format for all my posts. When I go into the widget area to change the selections no option to change anything appears, not even a visibility button.

I get the blank site with NextGEN activated now.

I’m not a sophisticated user. Could you please give more specific directions for me to accomplish these tasks so I can restore the galleries to my site?

OMG! NextGEN is amazing! I found all my pictures.

I lost my Alt & Title Text/Descriptions for each photo. The tags were all still there though.

I also lost the title change & description for the gallery settings.

Yet – it’s great to be able to import the photos!

Me too! I need an answer for this as well.

I followed instructions from NextGen to trouble shoot gallery problems. The problem was NextGen.

I deleted NextGen – what a mistake!

There was another update to WP SEO and everything is working correctly for me now.

Update to my issue above….

-The images in the WordPress Media Library display correctly with the title and the description.

The problem is with the NextGen gallery image information. – only the description shows up. I would also like the title to show up.

HI I have the same question as DickRaney.. I would like to show the title and the description.

On some of my images, the title and description show. On some images only the title and on others only the caption. I have all of this information filled in on each image.

I’m using NextGen gallery with wp-jquery-lightbox.

Hi Jaroslavs- yes – it’s WordPress SEO. I sent a bug report to both of them, NextGEN & WordPress SEO.

I updated WordPress SEO before NextGEN. I wonder if the order of the update had anything do do with it because NextGEN did fix a bug with WordPress SEO?

Thanks shalzis – I’m already running 1.9.6, NextGEN’s latest release. Do you think uninstalling NextGen and re-installing it would help?
