The name and email fields in the quiz are filled in based on the user’s profile so users don’t have to continuously type in that information. When you are logged in, the quiz will see your information and fill it in. If another user is logged in, they will see their information. When a user isn’t logged in, then those fields will be empty.

Anyone else taking your quiz will either have those fields empty or will have their own information filled in.

However, if you would like to remove this feature altogether, let me know and we’ll see what we can do.

If you have a points grading system set up, you can customize the results pages to allow for only those who have scored a certain number of points to see a certain results page, and for those who did not score enough to see a different results page.

Unfortunately, the first request isn’t possible. You can specify how many questions to put on each page but you can’t customize a different number of questions to appear on different pages.

For the second question, this too is not yet possible, however, we are working on it.

Would you be able to perform a plugin conflict check? This process will check to see if there is a plugin that you have installed that may not be compatible with the plugin that you are trying to use. To do this, first de-activate all other plugins besides Quiz And Survey Master. Now, check to see if it is working correctly. If this fixed the problem, this suggests that it is a plugin conflict issue.

?To discover which plugin may contain the conflict, activate one plugin and then check if the plugin you are setting up still works. If it no longer works again, the plugin you just re-activate is the plugin conflict. If not, continue to activate the plugins one by one and check to see if the problem arises again.

If you do find a plugin conflict, please let me know which plugin and which version of the plugin that you are using. If not, also let me know so we can explore further solutions!

At the moment, the closest you can do is to limit the quiz to be taken on a certain day only and for the limit to take the quiz to be 45 minutes.

If the quiz is marked for only logged-in users, then non logged-in users won’t be able to access the quiz nor the form fields.

Can you go to the Help page in the Quizzes/Surveys menu and submit a support ticket from that page? Creating a support ticket there sends more information about the error to me to help debug the error.
