Yes, and when I view the stats in the CMS it shows hits and clicks. But the emailed report shows only hits, not clicks, and the numbers also don’t correspond. The Ads List in the CMS shows e.g. 635 hits and 5 clicks. The emailed report shows 224 hits and 0 clicks.

Thanks for both your replies. If I understand you correctly, the fact that I see those error messages is not a problem because by then BPS has done its self-healing thing? You see, it is not a problem to just click anywhere or refresh my browser, the problem is that I have to do that 31 times. But if those errors are nothing to be concerned about then I won’t worry too much. Unless of course if I do click somewhere else and they don’t go away. Then I will take action. I always first test one update on one blog first, then visit the blog to check the effects of the update before doing the rest. So this doesn’t happen only when I update many plugins in one go. Today I first tested by doing one update on one blog, and I saw the warning messages. It would be great if you could do some testing, I appreciate the effort.

Couldn’t agree more. There is a lot of documentation available but frankly, most of it makes no sense if you don’t already know how the plugin works. I cannot find basic tutorials anywhere.

I was harsh with my initial rating but that is what wasting two hours of work will do to you. This is in fact a 5 star plugin so I have changed my rating.

@cais. Unfortunately I had no luck with the reset option. I still get the same result. We’ve had a look at the source code and found nothing obviously wrong. But if you are unable to recreate it I don’t know where else we can look – the hosting environment seems fine. The only solution would be to remove the meta description from the images because then the filename correctly populates the alt/title field, and then manually add the descriptions.

Thanks for checking Cais. I deactivated all other plugins but I still have the same result when uploading images. The other change was that the site moved from a windows-based to a Linux environment in the past two days so I will have to check that next. Will let you know if I find anything.
