Im sorry if Im being confusing.
Im using WP Job Manager plugin.

Their plugin sets up jobs you can apply to, and every job (job#1, job#2, job#3 etc) has an APPLY button which brings up an embedded Contact Form. Its the same form for every job, I was just wondering if there was a way for the Contact Form to send me the job# it popped up on (example job#3).

Im looking for the right Mail-Tag to use in Contact Form 7 so I can receive this information. I dont know what mail tag to use for this info to come back with the other form information.

We sell jobs to contractors.
When a contractor is on the service request board (created with the WP_Job_Manager plugin), they choose from the list of available service requests.

Lets call the Service Request they chose, SR 25.

The SR 25 page opens up with details about that job.
They want the job, so they click on the claim button.

The claim button, on every Service Request, brings up “contact form 1”. Its embedded.
When they hit SEND on that contact form 1 Id like it to send me the job number they are trying to claim. ex. SR 25 comes back to me along with the form information.

I dont know the value of the Service Request ID (job id) this would refer to in the WP_Job_Manager plugin, or the [mail-tag] to put in the “contact form 1 reply” for this information. ex [wp_job_manager_job_id] or something similar
