Could support please answer my question?

I waited for the update, but I still cannot add basic gallery, the other widgets seem to be working properly now however. Also the image gallery widget will save to my template if I add an image to it and then save. If I just add the image gallery widget to the template it disappears from the template after saving.

I used this plugin for the same reason. Maybe it’s a problem with Wordfence? I am also still getting a large amount of failed login attempts with Wordfence. I have checked the url and it directs to the 404 page, why are the hackers still able to attempt to login?

Well I just ran Rerun Update: “Script Migrate to v3.0” and my colors/fonts/sections are back and working correctly. to run this go to Elementor>Tools>Version Control>Rerun Update Script: Migrate to v3.0.

Well it appears after creating a couple of new posts the problem is back. All Fonts changed, button color changed, and certain sections not working. Argh this is frustrating. How can we get our fonts and colors back? It is probably best to @elemntor on Twitter until we get some solutions. There are many people having this issue and hours searching for a solution, I’ve found nothing to fix this.

For me I fixed the problem using the Regenerate CSS in Elementor, not sure if it will last though.

“regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard, then make sure that you clear all forms of cache including your browser cache, your WP cache (your WP caching plugin if you have one), and your server cache, if you have one. (In this case, you can contact your hosting provider for help to clear the server cache). Once all cache is cleared, save your changes”

Doing this fixed header font color, button color, and my Lightbox. Hope this helps.

Can anyone help with this issue?

I’ve narrowed it down to using the Elementor Full Width layout. If I use the Default layout the comment section shows. How can I use Full Width and get the Comment section to show?

I’m not sure this problem happened at the same time, but about a month ago I had trouble with the Lightbox images, so I deleted this from theme editor.

Appearance > Theme Editor > assets > js > global.js – Search for: sidebarPosBottom = sidebarPos.top + ( $sidebar.height() + 28 ); and delete.

Edit: Using Theme Twenty Seventeen.

Thanks cavalierlife for the response. I had already set link to image file. I found out my problem however. My problem was I removed my sidebar and set it to fullwidth. So there was some kind of conflict. I had to go into theme editor under js and remove this line. sidebarPosBottom = sidebarPos.top + ( $sidebar.height() + 28 );
After I did that lightbox started working again.

Thanks for your response. I am not too sure where to put the filter hook. Anyways I also see in the pro version I can add shortcode. If I buy the pro version then I should be able to just add yasr from the layout editor?
