I found the problem on my site. It was a conflicting plugin “Jigoshop Official Mailchimp Integration”

Have you got that one, too?

If so, just deactivate it and test the chceckout process.

I believe I′ve got good news for you ??

If you set the grouped product to hidden and than save it as a draft it will show on your parent product page but won′t show on the shop page nor the archive pages.

Thank you for your input. Of course you are right, i was misled by not realizing that I am using a plugin called Rich Text Tags, Categories, and Taxonomies that enables rich text editing of taxonomies.

With that plugin deactivated the shortcodes indeed don’t work on tags and category archive pages.

It would be a nice feature to have rich text editing enabled on jigoshop taxonomy pages, don’t you think?

I am experiencing the same issue in the last two versions of Jigoshop.
The product summary, price and add to cart button are not next to product picture as they used to be and they are somewhat missaligned, sometimes under the picture, sometimes in the middle of the product page…

And translation preserver https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/codestyling-localization-preserver/
On my Jigoshop store.
So after sending your po and mo files to Marcin you can keep your future translations update safe and Easy to edit.

The codes from Ultimate Shortcodes plugin work on my shop page as you can see here: https://www.cajovnazarohom.sk/e-shop/
When applied on product taxonomy description, for example product category description it only shows as a text on frontend.
I need to say that im using rich text taxonomy editor plugin to be able to custom style archive pages.
To wrap it up it seems like shortcodes from other plugins work fine on Jigoshop generated pages but not on category and tag archives.
If this could be changed it we a very neat way of super customizing Jigoshop run stores.

Ad1: in the newest version of Jigoshop there is an option to set message disappear tíme, leave it blank to keep the message shown.

Ad2: I am using this plugin for showing and hiding widgets in a sidebar to my liking:

You probably havent got any widgets to show on your category pages.
