Hi Zane. I get the same error as Fahad. I added “static” to the public function status, but it didn’t work. Debug doesn’t show any errors after the change, but the form still doesn’t display.

Note:
I am using the form with this landing pages plugin, https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/landing-pages/. Also, the form does display and work just fine on standard Pages and Posts. It is only on the landing pages that it will not display.

After updating plugin, my server has same 500 error as webrev. the updated plugin displayed a semi-transparent black that overlayed every page on frontend.

I deleted all Cache, but problem persisted. So, I deactivated the plugin (but will update and reactive if/when this is resolved). Thanks.

This was probably just a plugin conflict. I was testing a few different login/registration plugins, and after I deactivated/deleted some of them, this plugin registered users, logged them in automatically, and redirected the page.

I have the same problem, but further, the lack of a back sync method leaves no way to create new WP Users from the MailChimp list. In our case, contacts are added to MailChimp from multiple sources, and this plugin just deleted any that were not also already WP users. ..Seems there should at least be an Ignore function.

I solved this by deactivating the plugin and deleting the files, and then deleting all references to the plugin from my SQL database. Then I re-installed the plugin and everything worked as it should.

With the original functions.php, I get the same error on both front end and wp admin plugin page.

Nothing changes.

Edit: Scratch that. Nothing changes on the frontend, but now I get the same error messages in the plugin page of WP admin.
