In reply to: [Social Sharing Plugin - Social Warfare] UpdateThanks @sapphire and @heroz for being such champions with through these bugs. We’ve been exhausting every resource trying to eliminate every bug that is found.
Both plugins have version 3.0.4 available. If you don’t see them, you can always login to your Account page on our website to download the most current versions.
@heroz can you try going to Social Warfare > Settings and clicking the “Save changes” button to see if that restores your configuration? If not, could you please send an email to our support team?

In reply to: [Social Sharing Plugin - Social Warfare] UpdateWe’re always grateful for any help from the community, @firebrandllc. Although we’ve been testing on internal sites and dev environments for months, we can’t foresee everything… (yet?)
If you haven’t submitted an official support ticket yet, please do so and reference this message/post.

In reply to: [Social Sharing Plugin - Social Warfare] UpdateHi, all! I just wanted to let everyone know we’re working nonstop to address bugs as quickly as they’re reported.
Regarding @firebrandllc, @firebrandllc, @kneesocks, @christifultz sentiment on auto-updating, we really hope to find a way to prevent this. It’s a challenging issue because both Social Warfare and Social Warfare – Pro are so dependent on one another, that a change in one inevitably affects the other. We will continue to find a way to make it so that the symbiotic relationship between the two can be less problematic when updated separately.
Regarding @chickenmama’s “support is silent,” I can certainly understand why it might look that way if this is the only place you’re looking for support. Our small team of 5 has been working nonstop answering official support tickets (which must be submitted through our website) and responding to Twitter and Facebook comments/questions/messages/replies. Our developers have also pushed out several small updates this morning to address bugs as they’ve come up. If you ever need assistance in the future, it’s always best to go through the official support request form on our site.
If anyone else wants to get a previous version before the update today to roll back, our support team can send you the previous files to install until we’re able to work out all the current bugs in 3.0+.

In reply to: [Social Sharing Plugin - Social Warfare] Irregularidad con Firefox QuantumHi @lexposito! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’ll have our developers look into it. I don’t think we’ve had anyone else encounter this yet.
Hey @emergencyscotch! Thanks for the honest review. Have you tried opening up a support ticket on our site to let us know about those bugs? Our dev team would love to dig in and see why that is happening, especially as we’re getting ready for a major release in the next few weeks.
You can always just shoot an email to [email protected] and a ticket will be automatically created for you.

In reply to: [Social Sharing Plugin - Social Warfare] LinkedIn is not workingHi @kchr1! Unfortunately, LinkedIn has stopped supporting share counts (confirmed last week). As such, nobody is able to get those counts anymore. We will keep our eyes open for any third-party solutions that pop up. In the meantime, just as Google+, it looks like there will be no more share counts for LinkedIn.
Regarding the Email button, this is included in the Social Warfare – Pro add-on.
Hi @sunilwilliams! I’m very sorry you had that impression. With over 50,000 installs, I’ve never heard of anyone have this experience.
Can you tell us more about what you’re seeing/not seeing? Perhaps there could have been a theme/plugin/caching conflict that was preventing the plugins native styling from being applied?
Opening up a support ticket probably could solve this relatively quickly for you. Just email [email protected].

In reply to: [Social Sharing Plugin - Social Warfare] Widget not updatingHi @laresbernardo! We’ve just pushed out an update today that should rectify this. Please update, clear all your caches and let us know if the problem persists.
We appreciate your request, Prima! Since this is a personal preference rather than a support issue, I’m going to mark this as resolved.
