Similar story with one of my sites. If “Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js’ (Optional)” is checked then I’m able to receive data into GA however the tracking code is firing twice which will result in double stats. If I uncheck this option then no ecomm data is received in GA.

In reply to: [Slider - Ultimate Responsive Image Slider] Possible Preload BugIf you click SUPPLEMENT FACTS, which is a toggle area, you’ll see a blank area. move your mouse until the hover shows the arrows and expand icon. Once you click expand then exit full screen, you’ll see the gallery appears as it should.
additionally, if a coupon was used you wouldn’t want to delete it since it’s attached to a sale and coupon usage stats might be useful
I recently started getting these same emails and haven’t been able to find a solution of better clarity yet.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] No products were found matching your selection woocommerceI’m not sure this is theme or plugin related. I disabled all plugins and reverted to the default theme. I was able to FIX the problem b/c each product was set to hidden under “Catalog visibility” which you’ll find near the publish and visibility settings. All of my products were set to hidden which I have no idea how that happened (there are other users in the system too). This all makes sense too b/c direct links to the products worked however category pages which use search would not display any.
Try editing Catalog visibility settings.

tracking-button-and-info-not-showing-on-order-historyso i created a temporary fix for this. to start off, i tested a clean install of wordpress with only woocommerce and aftership enabled as plugins. aftership.com was getting updates of tracking #’s i entered from my wordpress install too. i think the notes for aftership indicate it hasn’t been tested w/the most current version of wordpress or woocommerce so i’m hoping that’s all it is and they’ll update things soon.
to fix things i did a huge ‘no no’ by editing the aftership plugin itself. why is doing this a bad idea? for starters anytime the aftership plugin updates it’ll wipe out the modification i created. this was a last resort and temporary solution.
step 1, open up /wp-content/plugins/aftership-woocommerce-tracking/aftership.php
step 2, go to line 456 where you should see
echo $track_message_1 . $values['aftership_tracking_provider_name'] . '<br/>' . $track_message_2 . $values['aftership_tracking_number'] . $required_fields_msg;
step 3, change that to:
echo $track_message_1 . $values['aftership_tracking_provider_name'] . '<br/>' . $track_message_2 . '<a href="//track.aftership.com/' . strtolower($values['aftership_tracking_provider_name']) . '/' . $values['aftership_tracking_number'] . '" title="Track Order" target="_blank">' . $values['aftership_tracking_number'] . '</a>' . $required_fields_msg;
This was tested on an order without a tracking # and no errors were thrown.
