Solved. Products must be set manually to “request quote” option. Thoughts that by flagging “enable all products to be qoteable” it would be automatic

Hi, the only mail plug in I use is Contact Form 7 and it’s updated to the latest version. It’s only for filing out a form and contact me through the website. Nothing complicated.

sender and object of the spam mails are random letters, numbers and symbols. Content are links to all sorts of things with html coding simple as <a href=……
Many e-mails seem to arrive from, what I believe to be, fake GMAIL accounts.

well, remember that I only changed contact address once the spam was already coming in. My provider asked me what the subject of each spam mail was and I said it’s nonsense like “xklljkjop” and they said that then it probably has nothing to do with WP. Someone must have gotten into my ip. and once in they continue spamming. They have an antispam filter and it used to work just perfectly up to a few weeks ago. If I want to next week they’ll do a server migration of all my stuff and I guess that’s the only solution. Still, before doing that I was wondering if anyone else had experienced the same issue.

Hi I simply hit “upgrade automatically” just like I did now to upgrade to 2.9.1

Email used to be the same yes, but as I started to get the spam I changed to WordPress account mail to a different one. Basically my WP account is a .mac mail, while my work mail (where I get the spam and that you can find under “contact” on the blog) is the same as my domain: @duzimage.com

Only I, @duzimage get the spam, while my coworkers (also @duzimage.com) don’t get any at all!

ok, I finally understood how to have the information displayed in the e-mail…simply ad the tag in the message body deleting the first part of the code but, the only one I am not able to have displayed is the one with a “select” tag. meaning I have a menu where the user has to choose Yes or NO and the original tag generated is [select book “Sì” “No”] but I don’t know how to modify it to be placed in the e-mail.

Hi, I have the same problem…I added several fields to the contact form but don’t manage to have them attached in the e-mail that is sent. I read the FAQ and it says to add the tags (only second part of the tag with my field) to the email field. but I don’t really understand what the mean by: “

You need to add a new tag to the Mail fields. This tag should correspond to the tag in the Form you wish to include in the email. Thus, when you add a new form tag such as [text your-new-field], the corresponding email tag would be [your-new-field]. Only the second part of the tag (”your-new-field”, in this case) is needed for the email.

Well, jumping into the conversation.. don’t know if this is what other users where looking for but what I was hoping is to find a plugin that enables users/readers to actually see and scroll through pages of the pdf file without downloading it. Is there the way to have this???

even worse: ( I promise I won’t write any more until Alex will say something) now, once the browser (in this case firefox – or safari) is stuck trying to contact the site, I can even close the tab and when I attempt to load the website (not wp admin) it won’t. Must quit browser and reload. Strange thing I have not updated anything in the past days besides the theme itself but nothing in the setup. As I said, previousy uploaded galleries or photos work.
