sorry for late.

Also tested it on another project and also there the gallery is showing large images.
Flexia is showing the gallery vertical I noticed, but nevertheless with large images.
Furthermore deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce, but that brings no change.

Thanks for your reply.
With the help of answers of another support reply earlier about a similar matter I found a solution.
My issue was on a Woocommerce product page, so I could solve with the following CSS code:

.single-product.woocommerce .product .cart .variations td:after {
display:none !important;
}

Also noticed that it depends on the theme whether the dropdown arrow appears or not.
In my case it was a theme called Flexia.

My client had a backdated mac with OS Sierra.
In the meantime he bought one of the latest types of macbook which demonstrates the website perfectly and makes me happy to stop puzzling –)
We can continue using the plugin.

Hi sir,

I can say that it is definitely caused by the Hackrepair Blacklist Feature (Banned Users).
Turned off this feature and all works great. Back on and the problem is there again.

Of course we would prefer to use this feature, so is there anything that you can do to “repair” it?

The plugin is called PDFer (PDF for tickets) and is sold with a license by EventON. It is part of their event ticket selling suite which we use for our dance events.
