Hello,
we monitored the website’s behavior for around 2 weeks but unfortunately the problem of “revived” orders many hours later after having failed first, is still with us.On our side, we have set the site so that sessions on the cart page expire after 30 minutes of inactivity, that is, if a customer stays on the checkout page without doing anything for more than 30 minutes and tries to pay after this time, the site doesn’t let him proceed and sends him back to the home page because the session has expired.
We also set our hold stock order to 30 minutes and 1800 seconds on the configuration panel on the Nexi back office.
Various order tests have been carried out and the site manages session times correctly. What still causes problems is the Nexi portal because it never times out if kept open. The situation encountered is for example this: if the customer clicks to pay with Nexi from the checkout and makes a mistake in entering their card data, the order goes to the “failed” status; if the customer leaves the Nexi payment screen open and after 2 hours they return to the page trying to pay again, Nexi makes them pay on the same order, which thus changes status from “failed” to “in progress”. It’s as if the Nexi payment portal has no expiration time.
We already sent another inquiry to Nexi customer care and are now waiting for their reply.
By the way, we don’t use any block in the cart and checkout pages, just the default WooCommerce pages.
Thank you
Greta

RISOLTO: come non detto, alla fine ho solo dovuto fare l’unica cosa che non avevo fatto …disattivare a riattivare the newsletter plugin! =__=
Ringrazio di nuovo e mi scuso per il disturbo

In reply to: [YITH Event Tickets for WooCommerce] Datepicker only once per ticketHi again.
Just to inform you, I manage to fix it for me (I have no more than 5 tickets per person) by manually initializing the datepicker for every date field of the clones using their id instead of ._field_datepicker.
It’s really ugly I know, I’m not a programmer, but It works for now. Thanks again and sorry for my english.
