I’m having the same issue, only seeing the iDeal icon. Other payment methods (credit card, voucher, etc) are not showing up on the storefront although they are activated in the admin panel.

Got the same problem.
I solved it by replacing line 110 & 111 with:

$instance['cat'] = isset($new_instance['cat']) ? $new_instance['cat'] : null;
$instance['tag'] = isset($new_instance['tag']) ? $new_instance['tag'] : null;

I’m dealing with the same issue as cmcantrell.

No problem, everybody has to start from the bottom ??

Go to your permalink settings in WordPress and click on “save” without changing anything.

I’m having the same problem.. I changed the required capability to administrator with a menu editor, but with no results..
