I just noticed the same issue on two websites that I am working on, though I am sure the issue extends across all of them with updated versions. This is what I see in versions 3.11.1 and 3.11.2:

But in version 3.9.2 I can change/upload an image:

I’ve rolled back to 3.9.2 until this issue is fixed. Please assist.

A plugin conflict isn’t the cause. I have a site with the Translator as the only plugin and a default WordPress theme active and the issue persists: https://futuregram.io/icamp/.

I believe the issue has to do with the latest update to the plugin (version 1.5.4). When I initially checked the link above, my settings were preserved on the front-end, but once I updated the plugin the issue with my other sites appeared: my style settings on the back-end disappeared.

Please assist.

From Wp Crontrol’s dashboard:
The DISABLE_WP_CRON constant is set to true. WP-Cron spawning is disabled.

I also checked Tools > Cron Events and there’s nothing like this item in the listing, though there are options to Edit, Run Now and Delete for the items I am seeing, e.g. wc_admin_process_orders_milestone and woocommerce_cleanup_personal_data.

When I searched for the hook in WP Crontrol, I am seeing Internal Name ‘wp_1_wc_regenerate_images_cron_interval’ with an interval of every 5 minutes. When I hover over the name of the hook, the following message appears:

This schedule is added by another plugin and cannot be deleted

There’s no indication of what this plugin is or how to disable this hook. :/

How do I ‘edit the recurrence to Non-repeating so the event will not be triggered’?

I have the Woocommerce Pro Add-on, and I’ve tried the New Items approach: mapped my attributes, SKU/Parent SKU, limited my custom fields to only update prices, tried to ignore/utilise recognising duplicate posts, change the unique identifier to name and the generated string, et al, only for All Import to skip my products entirely.

I am at my wit’s end trying to figure this out.

Some background: I created my product inventory over time using 5 different CSV files as the data entry team cleaned up and submitted the data. Now I have a master CSV file that I want to use to update my products.

I have a similar issue. After uploading the CSV, my original variable products lose their variation data and the variations from the CSV are now simple products. Even more bizarre in the product listing, my original variable products still retain the price ranges.
