The problem is when I load the template. The subject is changed to the loaded template, but the body does not change, and that is also how it appears in the email that get’s sent.

Thanks. That was pretty obvious. Adding a mention of this on the Mail Options tab would be helpful.

Update: There seems to be a general problem with our SiteGround hosting servie spam handling. So I will call this issue resulved.

My setup includes LearnDash with the Edumodo theme and Woo Commerce. LearnDash has a Woo Commerce integration plugin that is also active. As I wrote earlier. Then the Woo Commerce and LearnDash integration plugins are active the problem occurs, when they are inactive it does not. LearnDash is active in both cases along with the theme.
I am loading users via csv with minimum fields (user_login user_email display_name role first_name last_name). I am checkng both the send and email to new and updated users and the require password reset. This problem happens for both new and updated user actions.

I really appreciate your taking the time to think about this.

I could give you a login to our site which is in development and running on a protected URL. I could point you to the user accounts that are having the problem. That might be faster than trying to reproduce it. But if that’s too involved, I would understand.

Have you seen this before? LearnDash and Woo Commerce msut be a pretty popular combo.

Thanks for the info. I got the Pro version and it works very well so far, including custom lists of the events.
