You would have to do this with custom code. We have a code snippet here that prints a download button on the WC “Thank you” page. You can repurpose it to create a download link for your custom setup. Alternatively, we also offer a REST API to access the documents. You can read more about it here.

Does this persist when you go to Settings > Permalinks and click “Save”?

@ubwebmaster our plugin prints the data as it is saved to the order data – it doesn’t manipulate that data. If data on the invoice is incorrect, it’s likely that it is that way in the order itself. Could you share a screenshot of how the order details and another of how the invoice looks, please?

@conrad-gz how do you mean that the documents can no longer be misplaced?

Can you share any errors related to our plugin in your logs, please? You can find this under Woocommerce > Status > Logs. Our error logs are prefixed with wpo_wcpdf

How were you changing the shipping label before?

@kampot888 Did you make any progress in your troubleshooting?

Do you mean if any of our other plugins are compatible with the Multiple Shipping Addresses plugin? If so, this would be hard to say. For our Address Label plugin, it is a premium plugin, so you would have to email us at [email protected] for us to discuss it.

Our plugin doesn’t add an external link. Are you using another invoice plugin along side our plugin? Also, what version of our plugin are you using?

I’m not sure I understand what you mean. Those buttons are for editing the invoice number and date. They can only be used if an invoice is created. Is you invoice already created but you cannot use these options?
