when u access the categories and see the product review posts i’d like the review stat to show up on that page the one i linked in the question, but after looking on your website i figured out how to due it through template edits but to finish it i need the premium plugin not just the free one. Thnx for the reply but i’ll save up for the premium in order to get what i need ??

Well that sucks, I thought there must have been a way to make a spot in the menu options to add the link but I will look into the theme I’m using thnx for the help

1) It’s unfortunate it took a one star to actually get your attention…

2) Closing the ticket with out giving support just because of a unhappy client is immature at best…

3) If anyone else is reading this, my ticket was in the top 2 of the support page for 3 days so did not need bumping, the ticket was out right ignored.

4) try to be more profesional, it might be free, still doesnt give you the excuse you ignore ppl and be rude about it…

but after reading up about it I think it wouldnt make much of a differance, specially as i have now moved over to the multi site setting.

I will continue to look into speeding this plugin up as i do love it, but with 9 feeds displaying 10 posts on a single page with the short code load times are pretty long, I do understand why the load time is soo long because its a lot of data to read and then to sort.

the only place i saw this issue is with blogspot because they only give 72x72px through the rss feed but if you edit freedzy-rss-feeds-shortcutcode.php and use this quick fix until the developer is able to do something better, find Fetch image thumbnail around line 127 replace the whole function with the below:

//Fetch image thumbnail
			if ( $thumb == 'yes' || $thumb == 'auto' ) {
				$thethumbnails = feedzy_retrieve_image( $item );
//Replace Blogger(Blogspot) thumbnail size from 72px to 250px
$thethumbnail = str_replace('s72-', 's250-', $thethumbnails);
			}

Yes its a quick fix and if an update comes out with out this issue being resolved you will need to add the code again, but if like me your site design and function means everything this quick fix will help a lot.

Hi for me that’s not an issue as in order to use your plugin the way I wanted to I have highly modified it and changed the version so it doesn’t update, thank u again for the plugin its amazing and very well written ?? I hope ur able to find a more perminany fix if the call for it is there I know I saw another post about the time issue have a good day

Resolved it myself sort of by creating a post template where the info is only called when its needed rather than having it called everywhere

I didnt mean any disrespect, and for your information most of the time if there is a issue with an plugin i don’t waste my time trying to fix the issue, i normally remove it and find a different one, but as i like your plugin i fixed the issue and thought i’d let you know about it, im not going to deactivate all the plugins and change my template, as i’m running an extremely big multisite network and bringing it down will cost me a lot of money, this fix i provided was just a “Hey by the way” post and considering that implementing it takes 5 seconds and does not effect anything in your plugin but stops the 1% that have got the issue that i had. Anyways it’s your plugin leave the issue in there.

Yeah i do have a link for it rather than a login box, but it’s google that’s complaining about it

sorry what i meant was i have not connected any of the social networks to any others, my facebook is connected to a different twitter account and therefore cannot be connected with my sites twitter, i have double checked just in case and there is no connection between the two.
