In reply to: [Fatal Error Notify] WP CLI or Bulk Update Option for Email AddressA WP CLI option would be amazing!
The ability to update email addresses for notifications would be excellent, and any other update options via WP CLI would be icing on the cake.
Thanks a ton for interacting here!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Triplicate url slugHowdy,
Thanks for that information!
The screenshot of your permalink settings is helpful:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/2fqOaWI see that you are using the following:
*
WooCommerce Multilingual: by OnTheGoSystems – 4.12.1
I’d recommend briefly disabling this and your other WPML plugins to see if that resolves the issue here. Ideally, you try this on a staging site first, or at the very least after taking a full backup (database included) of your live site.
Let us know how that goes. Thanks!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Not suitable for multi-vendor platformsHowdy @craftersmarketuk!
For more advanced shipping settings, it is best to use the corresponding shipping setup feature in your Merchant Center.
Google has a support article on how to setup advanced shipping configurations within your Merchant Center here: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6069284
We are looking to add more advanced syncing/setup for tax and shipping rates within the plugin itself, but for now that’s the best option for setting things up to mirror your site’s more complex rates.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] conect whit www.ads-software.comHi there!
A WordPress.com account is required in order to sync your WooCommerce store to Google and set up the Google Listings & Ads plugin.
Creating a WordPress.com account is free, and you can create a new account here:

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Error during resgistrationHi there!
Sure, that link was a screenshot, and it’s this image:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/Zxv3nKAre you able to contact Facebook through that link?
As my colleague Thu stated, we’re not able to find anything in our records for this error. This error is on a Facebook page, so Facebook support should be able to provide more details about how to fix it.
Please let us know how it goes.
@mbri – Before you switching to the PayPal Standard option, were you able to try a conflict test to see if that helped?
You mentioned that you had logs available, when you looked through the log files did you see any specific error codes or messages?
@virtualgeorge and @marvrue: Are you still having issues? Did you run a conflict test as well? If you also enabled error logging (
Debug Log
), you can check under `WooCommerce > Status > Logs” for a “paypal” log from today’s date (or the most recent date) to see if there are any error codes or messages available in the log file, then let us know.Okay, thanks for letting us know! You can only list and sell non-virtual products on Facebook as part of their eCommerce Policy.
I’m going to mark this as resolved, but if you have any further questions, please start a new thread and we’ll be happy to continue helping you out!
Howdy @pistachiobee,
We’d recommend either reaching out to the third-party shipping plugin developer for help looking into the issue (if you want to keep your current shipping setup), or enabling a a standard Flat Rate shipping method (as Lacey suggested) and testing with that instead of the Flexible Shipping plugin.
You can reach the Flexible Shipping plugin developers here for help:
Howdy,
I’m sorry to hear your products aren’t syncing to Facebook at this time, that’s frustrating!
Can you confirm you followed the documentation here to try to get the products synced:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#sync-products-to-facebook
Please be sure to check both the
Global product sync
settings andProduct sync
settings sections. If that doesn’t work, can you let us know a few things:
* Is the product in stock? Out of stock products don’t sync to Facebook.
* Is the product a virtual product? They’re not allowed as part of Facebook’s eCommerce policy. If these don’t help, would you please enable logging, repeat the steps to replicate the syncing issue, and then share the log for us to review? To do so, please follow the below steps:
1. Head to
Marketing > Facebook
.
2. Enable debug mode at the bottom of the screen and save the settings.
3. Repeat the steps to replicate the error.
4. Head toWooCommerce > Status > Logs
.
5. Choose the Facebook log from the dropdown and click the “View” button to display the log. Please note that the log may be in UTC/GMT time, so it may be offset by a few hours.
6. Copy and paste the log into https://snipboard.io and share the resulting link. You can also paste the logs directly in your reply. Thanks!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] The failed order is also recorded as a purchase.Hi there!
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the failed order being recorded as a purchase.
We’re not seeing any other reports of this issue from other users, so I’d like to investigate a bit more. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via
WooCommerce > Status
. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. Thanks! Thanks for doing that, @grapestain!
Even though the issue isn’t solved, I’m going to mark this forum thread as resolved – Please follow along with the GitHub issue and if you have any further questions, you can open a new thread.
Any updates that are added to the GitHub thread will be sent in an email notification to you.
Howdy @grapestain!
Thanks for the screencast, I see I misunderstood the area you were referencing.
The GitHub issue that I linked to in my first reply is not relevant to the area you outlined, but it does look like this is a known issue and may already be reported here:
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-paypal-express-checkout/issues/749
Can you add your details and recording that you shared above to that issue? That will help you be notified once this is looked into by our developers. Thanks!
Howdy!
The PayPal Checkout plugin should copy over the “Billing address” information from the checkout page, even if the “Debit or Credit Card” option is selected in the PayPal window, as shown in the example below:
Link to video: https://d.pr/i/PO7cGHAs for the country issue you mentioned, it looks like it may be related to this:
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-paypal-express-checkout/issues/611
If so, try the snippet mentioned at the bottom of that issue in the comments and adjust it for the country you need to see if it works.
If that doesn’t work, what country are you trying with?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order email is not received by shop ownerHowdy,
Sorry to hear about this email issue!
We have documentation here to help you through the process of identifying what may be causing the issue:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/
Is it only the site Admin that doesn’t get the new order emails, do customers get the email about new orders? If it is, then the issue may be with the email address you’re setting for the site Admin (make sure the email it’s sending from isn’t the same it’s sending to).
Please let us know how troubleshooting goes!
