The available hooks for the Stripe plugin are here:

If you are using the Subscriptions extension, then there is a setting under
WooCommerce > Settings > Subscriptions
that would possibly be restricting things on your site:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/72vTwcTry checking that.
If that doesn’t help and you are using the Subscriptions extension, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support from the WooCommerce.com account that purchased the Subscriptions extension.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there. Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Enable automated taxes not showingHowdy @sergiov87!
I’d recommend opening a new thread for your issue, as it may not be related.
However if you have things setup properly as described above, this kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
?
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Issue – New order email not generatedHowdy Tia!
Sounds great!
I’d also recommend installing and activating this plugin until you’re sure this is no longer an issue:
Howdy!
I see what you mean, as I tested by adding a subscription to the cart first, then adding the “Press Release” option, and only the “Press Release” option shows in the cart.
I’d check two things right away:
* Check to see if you have any restrictions setup for your products/site that only allows purchasing one product in an order.
* Check to make sure you have all caching disabled for your /cart, /checkout, and /my-account pages.Forum: Plugins

We haven’t received other reports of this issue happening, so this kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

Ideally, you’d setup a staging site and try the conflict testing process there. If not, please at least make sure you have a full backup of your live site before testing.
Please also keep in mind that conflict testing may not make the information show up for existing orders. You would want to place a new order each time you test to see if the missing details show up in the new orders.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Issue – New order email not generatedHowdy Tia!
The information here will help you troubleshoot the order emails not sending, as the cause could be a variety of reasons:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/#section-1
I’d also try setting up the Cash on Delivery method and testing an order with that to see if the email is generated. If it is, then the issue may be with your Payu payment gateway plugin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] ADBlock blocks the link of the partner productHowdy!
If
ADBlock
blocks the transition, we recommend reaching out to ADBlock about this, as you would need to change the settings on the ADBlock end.I don’t have
ADBlock
installed so the redirected link worked for me.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shouldn’t I see radiobutton like in your documents?Howdy!
I should have added the pickup option inside each shipping method shouldn’t I? I gave that a try and that worked.
Yes, that’s correct. All shipping methods need to be added inside each shipping zone.
You might want to make that a bit clearer in your documents though :-).
We’re always looking to improve our documentation. I looked over the documenation on the “Local Pickup” option here and it seems to outline the steps in a clear manner:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/local-pickup/
Can you let me know what could be clearer here? We’ll be happy to take a look and update the documentation here, if needed. Thanks!
Howdy!
If you want to have an actual product as an “add-on” option instead of a non-product option created with Product Add-ons, or something else, I’d recommend looking into something like this:
* Product Bundles – This allows you to build customizable bundles (groups of products) with configurable quantities and optional items.
The WooCommerce plugin does also have the “Upsell” and “Related Products” functionality, which may work for your needs as well:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/
And there are also Grouped Product options:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/#section-11
Howdy!
I checked your site on my mobile phone and see the PayPal option:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/X8NBz8Looks like you were able to resolve the issue. Can you confirm?
If you’re still not seeing it on your end, what type of phone are you viewing it on? For reference, I used the Google Chrome app to view the site on my iPhone.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] Billing County is not validHowdy!
Sorry to hear about this issue.
Is there any more information within the error message in addition to
Billing County is not valid
?We’ve seen this issue before, as outlined here:
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-paypal-express-checkout/issues/323
If you could provide us with specifics as to your exact scenario and what is needed (ex: which counties are missing or not needing to be filled in, etc.), that would be great!
