Thank you for your assistance. I have tried disabling plugins and switching to a default theme (except the Query Monitor plugin of course), but to no avail.
Nothing in the debug logs either, the plugin isn’t generating any errors/warnings but just makes a LOT of duplicate DB queries. Unfortunately it is slowing my site down by quite a bit, so for the moment I will not use it.
Perhaps another time. ??
I understand. I tried disabling the Redis plugin (I use Redis Object Cache by Till Krüss) but it got worse. I am attaching screenshots below.
I also tried restarting the redis server, but to no avail.

Thank you for your assistance. ??
Hi there,
Any updates? Just making sure my reply didn’t fly under the radar. ??
Thanks. ??
Okay, here are some images showing the issue:
Here is a sample of the duplicate queries:

In reply to: [Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders] latest update breaking wordpress dashboardBump; I’m having the exact same issue.
Hi there, I checked the screenshot you sent but that’s not what I meant. Yes, I can see the “Vendor ID” field on the left (because it’s in my CSV), but does it exist in the right dropdown?
Even in your screenshot, the field says “Do not import,” when it is supposed to say “Vendor ID”
Also, I went through the debugging guide you gave me and it does not help. ??
I’m at a loss; I think I shall have to go ahead with a different plugin.
Thank you for your help. ??
Also, I noticed that you haven’t addressed the “vendor_id” field issue either; I need this to work too so I can import my products and attribute them to the correct vendor.
I would love to get you the import log but I don’t know how to access it; the import never actually *finishes*, it just stays stuck at the “Importing products…” view with 0% progress.
You said there could be a problem with remote images? I’ll try and run a test with images stored locally and get back to you with the results.
In the meantime, please let me know if there’s a way I can access the import log. ??
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Provide memberships for digital downloads using WooCommerceHi SteveHoneyNZ,
Thanks for your reply – I checked out the thread you mentioned, seems there’s no clear resolution of the ‘issue’ except for the fact that Pippin asked the members to reach out to an EDD consultant for custom development.
I since contacted WooCommerce’s Pre-Sales support to ask them about this, and they too say it’s not possible w/o custom development.
I decided to change gears a bit and shifted my idea – instead of trying to limit the number of downloads – I’ve now opted for a ‘credits’ system.
So the customers can buy a membership which gets them X number of credits, and they can use these credits to download the files until their credits run out – I’m currently using “User Wallet Credit System” to achieve this, but have only begun configuring it. Let’s see how it turns out.
I would appreciate some help with this idea if anyone has done something similar to this in the past, please.
I think I’ll go ahead and mark this as resolved.
Thanks ??
