From the same customer or two different customers at the same time? Are those two orders create the problem with ordering a product that is out of stock already?

Same question. In the first time you faced this, two orders were made at the same time?

I cannot recall or check anymore, the first time it happened we just ignored it and just refund the customers. This time it happen again it must be something wrong somewhere.

I forgot to tell you that this is a very rare issue. This is second time I faced this kind of issue. It is not happening to all transactions and orders. For your information, when I check the orders for this issue, there 2 orders made at the same time.

Could this causing the issue? Can 2 orders made and paid at same time cause the inventory goes negative? When is woocommerce really deduct from the inventory? When payment is made? When added to cart?

I can confirm you that:

• no backorder is allowed, never enable this setting from the start
• the stock is managed on product level from the start since products have many variations – https://prnt.sc/349-RHOknXDj
• I don’t enable this option “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” because I prefer to show sold out and out of stock items on the front end – https://prnt.sc/URT_1H2iyXuL

This is happening to me too, even on the latest version of woocommerce. The sale price and badge only appear for logged-in users (in my case, as an administrator). The sale price will appear during checkout.

Please fix this; this has been a disaster!

Ok I don’t mind if the LSCache Check detector is not working, my concern was more why the plugin cannot start the caching.

I need to remove the LiteSpeed plugin because this is a client website. I cannot let it slow without caching for too long. Right now, flyingpress do the job.
If you want to see the problem that I faced earlier, can I do it on the staging site?

Of course you see that, because I have removed litespeed plugin because its not working, even without flyingpress and cloudflare. The caching is not even started with litespeed plugin.

I said the plugin was not even working before I used the flying press. When I posted this thread, I had not installed Flypress yet. This is what I faced chronologically:

Litespeed plugin+cloudflare = not working
Litespeed plugin without cloudflare = not working
Remove LiteSpeed, install Flypress, and it works now (this is the current)

Yes, that’s the other plugin I mentioned above.
When you replied about another layer of cache, I had already installed Flypress to replace the LiteSpeed plugin. The Litespeed plugin cannot even do the caching. The response headers showed that LiteSpeed is not working (this is before I installed Flypress, and cloudflare has been deactivated)

Now the website is back with Cloudflare and FlyingPress.

Update: Temporarily, I uninstalled this plugin and used another caching plugin to test. And the other caching plugin works flawlessly. I don’t know why this plugin is not working.

That’s what I mean; even without Cloudflare, the http headers still don’t show HIT for LiteSpeed, but the LiteSpeed server is there. If not, how come the website can run. Litespeed is the web server.
