In reply to: [SEO Tools] SEO Tools lite shows a blank screen on axiom seomortensen, I thought you could email from my icon link, but doesn’t look like it shows an email address. You can send the zip to [email protected]

In reply to: [SEO Tools] SEO Tools lite shows a blank screen on axiom seoJust the theme. Sounds like there’s a conflict in the theme. Looks like you’re using a premium theme, so we may or may not be able to find a fix without needing you to put in a support ticket to the theme author. But we can take a look.
I had to turn it off so people weren’t having problems. We’re just going to leave it off on that site and see if we run into the same problem on any other sites.

In reply to: [MainWP Dashboard: WordPress Management without the SaaS] Button StyleAww, I just realized this has posted on the wrong forum. That is very strange. I “was” looking at a post on your support forum, then went to another altogether. Must be a browser cache issue for me. Sorry I didn’t notice before replying again. ??

In reply to: [MainWP Dashboard: WordPress Management without the SaaS] Button StyleFrom the wp-admin main menu > Divi > Theme Customizer > Buttons > Button Style – change the text color in that sub-menu, save, but the default grey continues to show on the text of the buttons.
For a visual of the buttons: https://www.wpmate.net/
You can see the two buttons below the content. Log In and Download. I set the green color for both the border and the text (left the background transparent) but the text is still grey. I tried changing colors and saving a few times (different colors also). This same thing happened to me and using the ctrl+f5 as mainwp recommended worked fine for me.

In reply to: [eShop] Customer Email missing detailsHas anyone else seen this same issue yet? I had to roll back a version on two sites so the customer details come in on the emails.
The information is storing in the database and showing in the wp-admin area, but not in the emails. That’s frustrating for the customers and also for the company since they rely on the cc of those emails rather than logging into the wp-admin each time.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Cyclone Slider] Fatal Error After Updatelouverture, thanks for the details on commenting out that line. I had tried that which made it work again, but I wasn’t sure how important having that line in was. That fixed the problem on the one site that it didn’t work on for us.

In reply to: [Review Profile Links] Widget Improvementomairkha,
Very sorry this support post was missed. Occasionally notifications do not arrive from posts here at wordpress. You can use css to do this, just add this to your theme’s style.css (or custom css box if you use a theme with a settings area in the wp-admin):
.our-profiles-widget-content .our-profiles-widget-image { float: left; margin-right: 8px; }
You can adjust the number 8 for the margin if you want more or less space between the logos.
Again – sorry for the delay. Thank you for using our plugin!

In reply to: [Cyclone Slider] Fatal Error After Update360bowling said they tried several times through the website but received no response.
We use it on several sites and it’s just one that has this problem. I verified it wasn’t a plugin conflict or a problem with the theme on that site. Another person on this thread helped confirm that it must not be related to php version.
The only other thing I can think to try is it might be a setting in the php.ini needs adjusted, but I don’t have direct access to it on that site to try anything.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Cyclone Slider] Fatal Error After UpdateMaybe it’s not related to the php version then. The site it’s not working on if I upgrade is running 5.2.9. The ones it’s working fine on with the latest slider version is 5.4+.
I was hoping we could find something in common on the sites it won’t work upgrading on. So all we can tell the plugin author at this point is it seems to have something to do with the ziparchive function. Could that maybe be something that requires a certain php.ini setting?

In reply to: [Cyclone Slider] Fatal Error After Update360bowling, can you check and see what php version is running on your hosting? That might help narrow down why some people are having problems and others not.

In reply to: [Cyclone Slider] Fatal Error After UpdateI’m getting this same error also Fatal error: Class ‘ZipArchive’ not found.
It updated and works fine on a bunch of other sites. It’s only happening on just one. If I update it in the wp-admin with other plugins active, the site instantly goes white. But if I turn all plugins off including the cyclone slider, then update it – the fatal error shows.
The php version on that site is 5.2.9. The other sites are 5.4. Could it be that a higher version of php is needed?
