    Hi UM Support,

I did upload the plugin via FTP but when I attempt to run the upgrde scripts it just hangs.

The instructions are “If the process fails contact your UM Admin for assistance”.

    Are you able to help?

    Cheers,
    Henry

    Hi UM support,

I am unable to activate it.

It is prompting me to upgrade first and the update fails. It has broken my website in a big way.

Please take a look at https://plantswap.com.au

I have tried reaching out to you via email, please, can someone look at this urgently? I have provided my username and password and have tried to reach out to you numerous times.

Actually, some pages showed the shortcode, but now pages aren’t even loading.

    Take a look, please

    Hi Sven,

    Version number:
    1.0.0-beta.5

I have already obtained a public and secret key from Google.

Initially, I just ticket the box under the “Spam Protection” tab. I selected type image, light theme, compact size.

Nothing happened, or actually, when I try to submit the form I get the error message mentioned earlier.

I then tried to insert a simple text field and typed in a shortcode as per the nomenclature provided in Contact Form 7 recaptcha – [recaptcha]

This doesn’t work either – it just shows the word [recaptcha].

    Cheers,
    Henry

    Hi Sven!

I got it. The Data-element-id is located in the “Forms” builder where you edit the form.

Excellent stuff! I am so happy ??

    Cheers,
    HG

    Hi Sven,

Sorry but I didn’t find “data-elemnt-id”. Here is a snippet of my page source at the survey results page:

I see data-value-text, data-categories but nothing point to an id. I have tried for example “c35bd0643f1d0c541fa82495b66cb269d8” and this did not work.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Sven,

Thank you for your response. Is there a way I can show individual charts from the form?

Also, is there a way I can change the display of charts from a bar graph to a pie graph for example? This would be an awesome addition to the plugin.

    Kind regards,
    Henry

    Hello there support,

I posted the error up above:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_filter() in /home/XXXX/public_html/plantswap.com.au/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4815

I am not sure if it is allowed to post an add_action or add_filter hook call in a functions.php file?

    Kind regards,
    Henry

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately no.

I placed the part of the code that is labelled:”function” in my functions.php file and it compiles ok without errors.

As soon as I had the “add_filter” and “add_action” hooks in the functions.php file, it fails with the white screen of death.

As a matter of fact, my functions.php file has no other add_action or add_filter hook calls inside it.

Should these hook calls be placed in some other file perhaps?

    Cheers,
    Henry

    Apologies,

I forgot to add I get the following error message when DEBUG turned on:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_filter() in /home/XXXX/public_html/plantswap.com.au/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4815

    Hello all,

I have tried the above – I placed the source code from: https://gist.github.com/ultimatemember/8cdaf61e7bd9de35512c in my functions.php file and get the white screen of death ??

    Any ideas?

    Cheers,
    Henry

    Hi CodeB,

    Any update on this please?

    Cheers,
    Henry
