I have tried all the mentioned processes:

1. Go to Support Email Notifications Ticket Notifications.

2. Edit each notification and make sure the recipients are correctly selected.

3. Now, save the setting again.

4. Create a guest ticket. Please use a different email address than your email address. Please check in spam/junk folder.

But till now User or Administrator not getting any email

Same problem I also face. I have installed SMTP plugin & configure mail details. But Can’t received any mail regarding ticket create or assign or close related. But when I add new user, I have received mail. That means its Support Candy plugin issue.

After doing everything as per your suggestion (php, wordpress updated to latest version), you are not not able to resolve the issue.
I don’t think your technical team can fix any issue. Useless plugin.

My problem has been resolved, please look into this & resolve it asap

Check at mail server , but nothing found any issue at mail server.
Please check admin panel. You can contact with my mail id : [email protected] ,
