Hi @superlemon1998 ,
Well first of all you are mapping ‘g:price’ to ‘price’ instead of ‘regular price’ which is resulting in your ‘price’ and ‘sale price’ in your feed being the same value. So try the correct mapping first and see what result your get.
Yes we have tried creating another feed and get the same issue.
Thank you.
Hello
We use GBP as a prefix on Regular Price and Sale Price so google accepts it. So for any product that does not have a sale price the feed just reads GBP with no sale price which returns a feed error. How to resolve please?
Thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] SUBSCRIPTIONS NOT WORKING AFTER INSTALL@cshultz88 Thanks for confirming, did not see this is the documents but we figured it out anyway. One thing to note apparently when moving from this plugin to Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce it moves all the subscriptions seemlessly. You can read about it at https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/migration-from-official-stripe-plugin/. Maybe this functionality can be added to this plugin also?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] SUBSCRIPTIONS NOT WORKING AFTER INSTALLUpon further investigation we have determined that the customer payment method was dissapearing when using your plugin putting existing subscriptions into ‘manual renewal’ mode. We have resolved this issue by re-installing the Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce?plugin but de-activating it which restored all the existing subscriptions payment methods. Logs won’t help you. We noticed that when we activate the Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce plugin a few more options appear under the payment methods for existing subscriptions like ‘Credit / debit cards’ as well as ‘Credit / debit card’ (notice the slight difference in these 2 options) whereas when we de-activate the Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce plugin only the ‘Credit / debit card’ payment method remains. When we completely remove the Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce plugin all payment methods for the existing subs dissapear and go onto ‘manual renewal’. Maybe that could help you but you should run your own testing. We shouldn’t have to have another payment plugin running just to get existing subs to work!

In reply to: [Pinterest for WooCommerce] Quick fix for multiple catalogsI have disabled the prodcut sync from the plugin but the feed is still showing active in my pinterest account and the ‘active’ button is greyed out. I am trying to use this procedure so I can deactivate the feed but I am not getting any result from removing the ‘disabled’ attribute. This is what I am doing:
– in chrome right click on the ‘active; button and click inspect
– removing the following code from elements window:
<input class=”sAX MIw L4E e43 adn yQo” disabled=”” id=”switchIngestionPauseStatus” type=”checkbox” checked=””>Nothing happened and the checkbox was still greyed out. Could not figure out how to edit on the styles window since it would not allow me to change anything.
Can someone please provide a more detailed solution before I lose verified status with pinterest?
