    Hi Jan.

    Thanks again for the response. I had a closer look and it wasn’t your plugin or the broadcast plugin causing the issue. Both are working very well together.

    It was me. In site B, I was using a different template. The template didn’t call for the featured image so it wasn’t displayed.

    This is a complete oversight on my part.

    I added the call for the featured img in the template for site B.
    Now the image is showing (from default image set in site B) as expected.

    Thanks for all your help.

    Hi Jan,

    Thanks for your speedy response.

    To answer your question.

    A default image is set in both site A and site B.

    Its the same image. But as you are aware, as the libraries are not linked, the urls/paths of the images will be different.

    This is simply the best and most useful plugin we have every come across. The support is 2nd to none.

    I personally think this plugin should come pre-installed. I’m surprised Matt @ Automattic hasn’t made you an offer yet.

    We couldn’t do what we do without your plugin Edward.

    A review is the least we could do. Thanks for you support and your fantastic plugin.

    Hi Edward, thanks again for the speedy response.

    Its not a big issue. I can live without it for now.

    But thanks for the offer.

    Very much appreciated.

    Your support response turn around time is second to none.

    Thanks for your response Edward.

    The user was present across the network. I deleted and re-created the user in all sites just in case. (This was not the cause of the problem)

    I have however found that, in order for Broadcasting to work, you need to have given permission to the user to create, edit and delete Posts.

    Granting a user permission for just a specific custom post type without granting permission for Posts will result in the user being unable to broadcast.

    This is what I have found.

    Is there a way to give the user permission to just a custom post type but not Posts and still give them the ability to broadcast?

    Thanks for your speedy reply.

    The code above works …. that is to say it will produce the new date

    That is new date – or + (fieldname value) = new date

    The new date takes into account the fact that weekends are invalid so does not add them to the count…..however, it still counts the invalid dates that I have set.

    How can I make sure that the invalid dates are treated just like invalid weekends (as ticked in the field settings) during a calculation?

    Thanks

    Just an update on this in case, anyone is interested.

    I have used css to hide the instances on pages / posts that I did not want.

    something like…..

    .name_of_div span.wpfp-span {

    display: none;

    }

    Hope this helps someone.

    Thanks for the speed response.

    I have seen the code. It will give info on where the post is being broadcast from.

    I’m guessing some minor changes needed to get the info of sites that the post is being broadcast to.

    I’ll give it a go. Anyone who wants to help/ suggest anything….pls feel free to jump in.

    @ Edward. Thanks for your help.

    I’m experiencing the same thing.
    I checked the plugin folder and the data.xml file does not exist.
    Any ideas?

    FYI – the builtin WordPress importer did not work either
    only the built in RSS importer works, but imports to the incorrect place.

    Running 4.6.1
    php 5.3

    Thanks in advance.
