Yes that’s what i meant, it would be super user friendly this way.

One more question regarding email, to enable the dashboard email setting option, braintree needs to “know” the cardholder email address, is theis information currently collected by braintree when using the plugin?

I am asking because as you know the cardholder name was not collected until your soon to be released plugin version…

    Hello Alexander,

Glad it was helpful for you guys too! Thanks for resolving this promptly.

If you are in the process of updating the plugin, i have one more suggestion for you.

It will clearly help me but i also do think that it will be help all other users. The advantages of your plugin is that it is super easy to make it work, however users still have to mess around with braintree to make their automatic receipt option work. If you had this option already working in the plugin it will make the whole thing (from A to Z) super easy ad your pluging 100 percent complete and dummies friendly (like me!).

Again, it is just a feedback, i am not a pro!

    Hello Alexander,

Thanks a lot for looking into this…

I am not expert (far from being one!) but simply a plugin user… It would make sense to me that the cardholder name and email address are collected somehow upon payments and linked to Braintree dashboard if feasible of course

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Best

@mbrsolution, thanks for the advise, i have removed “é” and “‘” from the item description and also added .00 to the price value. Cache has been disable too… Unfortunately i cant recreate the issue myself has it seems to work fine for me so i ll have to wait and see.

The strange things is that the error happended twice and it was for client using Mastercards….

Hello Thanks a lot for your speedy reply, it is much appreciated!

It is happening after the purchase, so basically they input their credit card details, it is process by braintree and somehow it returns this error message to the customer. The payment though is validated by braintree, so the cash comes in.

I dont have a shopping cart, it is just one item that is for sale, and you have a button to buy it directly (there is no stock either). Would that help?

Thanks for your caching recommandation, i will certainly check this following your message. It is a good shout!
