0 time regardless of the date i put in

  • regardless of what date i put it, i get always the same result: 0Hours:0Minutes:0Seconds

    what can i do?

    Pls note that our countdown timer plugin just applies for simple/variable products.

    You can check again the steps of setting up countdown timer as below to ensure that your action is right.

    Step 1: Enable/ disable the active status of the timer
    Step 2: Set the starting date & time (use the current time if empty)
    Step 3: Set the ending date & time (required)
    Step 4: Add/ edit the above/ under text
    Add/ edit the ending notification text
    Step 5: Customizable timer style – three types: flat, square, rounded style
    Step 6: Update options.

    If you make sure that you set up correctly but still have a trouble with our plugin. Pls send us the page so we can check and fix it ASAP.
